Price Distribution (Uniform): Shows the historical distribution of high/low price deviations.
All candles in the lookback period contribute equally. Brighter colors indicate more frequent price levels.
Price Distribution (EMA-Weighted): Same indicator but with exponential time decay.
Recent candles have more impact on the distribution than older ones, similar to EMA. Shows the "current state" of the distribution.
Weighted Average Levels: Shows the "center of mass" of the distribution over time.
For each candle, calculates the frequency-weighted average of high/low percentages.
The green line shows average upward potential, the red line shows average downward risk.
Net Directional Bias: The difference between total upward pressure and total downward pressure.
Calculated as |Σ(low% × freq)| − Σ(high% × freq).
Positive values indicate bullish bias, negative values indicate bearish bias.
Trading Signals: Local price extrema detected via peak analysis, scored with Optima distribution position and net bias reversals.
BUY marks local bottoms, SELL marks local tops. Larger lookback periods capture longer-term extrema. Marker size reflects confidence.
